Happy Saturday! I am dedicating my Saturday night to taking frequently asked questions to the next level. That means I am going to be answering all the typical day to day questions I get about my Scentsy business. I just started this amazing journey about a month ago and I already have super customers and support from all my friends and family and with that comes lots and lots of great questions from all of you (which I love).
- What is Scentsy?- Basically, Scentsy is a wick less candle company that uses only the highest quality wax to provide a richer, more luxurious way to add fragrance in your home. Most of our products are wick less candles also know as warmers. We have amazing wax for the warmers, bath products, room sprays, car air fresheners, stuffed animals and much more. The great thing about our products and what sets them apart is that they are safe and soot free. All of your pets, children, and home will be safe from being burned with hot wax, accidental fire, and the harmful health affects from soot.
- A wick less candle, how does that work?- I get this question a lot. Heck, before I even knew what Scentsy was I asked the same thing. But it is amazing what actually goes on inside our little warmers. It is so simple but provides a much more complex result than a regular candle would.
The image above explains it all. It is truly that simple! A 25 or lower watt bulb will warm your cubes of wax to admit a beautiful scent, guaranteed. Best part is each bar will last a minimum of 50-80 hours. Obviously, it'll depend on how strong you like your scents, open windows, house fans and even humidifiers. None the less, you'll get a long-lasting cost effective way to fill your home with fragrance. - How do I clean the wax out of the warmer?- When your wax is done or you want to change your scent, getting the wax out is very easy. While the wax is warmed you can pour it back out into its original container, or into a disposable container. Also, you could take a plastic butter knife to the harden wax and it'll come out in one solid piece. Placing the warmer lid in the freezer will work too. Either way you choose, make sure you just take a dry paper towel to the inside of the warmer dish to wipe it clean.
- How do I place an order?- Placing an order is great with Scentsy because you have many options. The first one is directly through me. All you have to do is go to my website (direct link is in purple warmer icon located on the left side of blog) and choose a party to order under or just order individually. Our online store is great and shipping is always super fast, however with online orders I can not give free shipping because it directly will come right to your house in a matter of a few short days.
